AuthorDrew The Phoenix was originally the Repulsive grand cruiser Exeter. Laid down in M34, the Exeter would distinguish itself in countless battles in the Gothic Sector. She was reassigned to the Norvellum Sector in the Eastern Fringe after most of the ships of her class turned traitor. Like the other Repulsive class ships that stayed loyal, the Exeter was sent to a remote sector where she could do little damage were she to fall from the Emperor’s light.

AuthorTom Williams Design and construction: a brief history
Having collected battlefleet gothic since 2002 I always wanted a proper centrepiece to my navy fleet and so constructed the St Pope shipyards for the UK Golden daemon awards in 2005. While it passed the first round of judging, I ultimately failed to win any awards. Never the less I was proud of my works and the model formed the core objective in many campaign with my local club until I mothballed the game to live the family life in 2008. AuthorTom Williams Mutaran Fleet Headquarters is a massive void station situated at the heart of the Celtae sub-sector of the Mutara sector at the North-Eastern limit of Segmentum Obscurus bordering the Reef Stars and Ultima Segmentum.
Orbiting the hive world of Davin, the station is located in the approximate position of the former St Pope shipyard and ensures that the Emperors light shines even in this most distant of regions. AuthorWrite something about yourself. No need to be fancy, just an overview. Much like its smaller cousins the Torture and Corsair, the Soul Flayer class varies in design from ship to ship. However, considering all Soul Flayers are captured and converted Void Stalkers, they share a common framework. The Eldar began producing Void Stalkers in greater and greater numbers in late M41 after the events of the Gothic War.

AuthorM.S.Lovegrove The legacy of Admiral Kisher and his Invincible Class 'Fast Battleships, the Thunderchild was built at the request of the White Scars Space Marine Chapter who desired a 'Fast Battlebarge'.
AuthorL. Greenwood A early class of Great Crusade era Battle Barges developed for the Legions. Originally developed to act as a fast battleship for the Adeputus Astartes vanguard forces they carried a smaller Space Marine compliment than normal, generally only a single company's.
They were a great success for several decades. Only a few were produced though before the class was discontinued due to there high cost and maintenance, though production was always meant to be restarted. AuthorJake Ball Commodore Burridge needed a ship. It required long endurance and the ability to patrol for long periods with minimal outside support, some attack craft for scouting and defence against pirates, as well as planetary assault, with a broadside and hull resilience sufficient to hold its own against a line cruiser and dominate a light cruiser. The answer lay in the large numbers of the relatively unpopular tyrant class cruiser that many other Battlefleets saw as inferior to the lunar in the line of battle yet insufficiently flexible for solo work.
