AuthorTurbidious Unknown Treasure
‘Captain, do we have an estimated time when the reinforcements will arrive?’ Inquisitor Raglon was getting impatient. The Imperial fleet he had arrived with was not on schedule and he had missed the rendezvous. The fleet was a strong flotilla of eight warships and three troop transports, designed to break through the pitiful space defense of Nightfall Minor, with the objective to seize the planet for a staging ground for an assault on the main planet of Nightfall Primus. But the space defenses were not pitiful and the battle in space had turned into a slugging match between two evenly matched fleets. The naval scout group had got it drastically wrong, Raglon would have them interrogated and then disciplined for their lack of diligence if he got the chance.

AuthorTurbidious A threat to come
Abel Vargas was once a great Space Marine but he had forsaken his vow to the Emperor long ago and turned to the Ruinous Powers without regret. This had led him into a chance meeting with the greater daemon Nagalash, whom had seen potential in Vargas to become a great Champion of Chaos. He had roamed the Turbidious system sowing great unrest and destruction and after great success over the Elder in the Iota systems over the past several hundred years Vargas was granted the title of Grand Champion of Chaos and given a substantial fleet to command. His tactical brilliance also led to many worlds in the Dark Stars zone falling to the ruinous powers and the corruption of the paradise world in the Belenos sub. He was particularly proud of his hand in the destruction of the Astral Lions homeworld as well. However, his favourite act in the name of his patron Gods was the capture and corruption of the Eldar Craftworld Lanruin, which was now his base of operations in the Schism, in the Turbidious subsector. |
